At Gina Agosta The Salon, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy. Within this period, you can exchange your product for one that better suits your needs. Please note that refunds are not available, and all sales of brushes and styling tools are considered final.
Timely Arrival
To ensure you have a stress-free and enjoyable visit, we kindly request that you arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment. Please be aware that due to our busy schedule, arriving late may result in an abbreviated service or rescheduling, leading to the forfeiture of your deposit. If your assigned stylist is running behind by more than 15 minutes, we will make every effort to rectify the situation and provide a seamless experience.
Reservation Deposit
For all future reservations made through our online Phorest booking portal, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required and will be secured with a credit card on file. This deposit will be applied to your service cost if you need to reschedule before the 48-hour window.
Change or Cancellation
We understand that plans can change, but we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to alter or cancel your appointment. Failing to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. In the event of an emergency cancellation initiated by the salon, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment for the same day. No Call No Show
A “No Call No Show” will result in the loss of your deposit (20%) and a 30% fee for the scheduled service, amounting to 50% of the total service cost. After two repeated offenses, all future appointments will necessitate a 100% non-refundable deposit with a credit card on file.
Color Adjustments Policy
We aim for you to love your experience at Gina Agosta The Salon. We encourage open and honest communication between our guests and our team. While we do not offer refunds on services, we do guarantee all our services when you purchase the recommended product regimens for at-home maintenance. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please inform our leadership within 5 days of your service so we can make any necessary adjustments.
